Opted for a 7am start. Off to find the cheetah and her cubs and see if we could witness the kill. We were rewarded with a couple new game sightings. The most notable was the hyena feast surrounded by vultures and Maribel stork. The animal behavior and interaction is fascinating and even Simonne was captivated by the hyena feeding on their kill.

Time for our breakfast!!! Last breakfast in the Serengeti plains as tomorrow we head back to LA and New York respectively. After breakfast we found the cheetah again but after some time aborted following her and went in search of lions and other animals. Enjoyed watching the interaction between the wildebeest, zebra and antelope. Also found a pride of 13 lions having a siesta. Time to head back to camp and stretch our legs. The morning was longer than expected so only returned at 3pm.
